DOUG HULL GROUP

This group of gentlemen have been fishing with us since the beginning of our time in Quatsino. A very special guy named Doug Hull was the instigator of this team of friends and over the past many years this circle has grown a little. Some years we get a few different faces but the group comes every time and they are such a treat. Tragedy struck this year as Doug was killed by a hit and run driver in Vancouver but this year the guys made the trip, in part to recognize Doug and also because they have always come. They enjoyed excellent fishing and good weather and great camaraderie and this year saw the beginning of the Doug Hull memorial cup thanks to Rod. It is awarded for the biggest fish and Cam, the son of one of the longtime members and a new face this year won it with his 29lber. Many thanks to Bud for taking over the organizing of this trip.

Just wanted to say thanks for a great fishing trip, and your family's hospitality. It was a great experience and I definitely will recommend Quatsino Lodge to my buddies. Hopefully a bigger group next July!!!

Leo, Lloyd and I greatly enjoyed the fishing trip. It was the best ever for all three of us. Brad did a tremendous job and the boat was perfect, especially for old hobblers like us.
