kayaking trips

What is it like day-tripping by sea kayak . . . It is paradise. Beautiful scenery everywhere you look, abundant sea life, seals, rafts of sea otters, orcas, whales and birds to watch. As variety is the spice of life we offer both river and saltwater experiences, beachcombing tours, sunshine and blue skies, enormous kelp gardens an amazing history . .. and so much more visiting areas that make you feel as if you have been dropped off at the end of the world. That's what makes kayaking with us so unique.

When we are exploring areas a distance from the lodge, our heated cabin cruisers will take us out to the chosen location, and collect us at the end of the day, eliminating the need to camp out or live on board a boat. So it is unlikely you will see another kayaker during your trip and evenings will be spent warm, dry and pampered in the comfort of the lodge.

We offer kayaking only adventures but if you also enjoy fishing, stay an extra day, or book a custom trip which includes one or two days of sport fishing and one, or two days of sea kayaking combined. Some of our guests bring their whole families and some fish while others kayak. It is really up to you.
