Blondy, We all had a wonderful time. Your employees and family are just great! There was wind & rain & commercial fishing, but your people made all the difference. I cannot remember the name of that huge & ugly (but championship quality) rockfish, but I do want to know how to cook it (preferably BBQ). Should it be cooked as per Jarrah's Oriental Snapper recipe? I gave 1/2 to my brother in-law Peter, who unlike me, is an excellent cook. The name sounded sort of Italian and started with a "B". Thank you all again, hope to return before too long, Stewart
